How to print a custom name coloring page
Save a name coloring page as a PDF and choose paper sizes, margins, and print settings that keep every outline on the sheet.
Choose a paper size for your name coloring page
Choose A4 for 210 × 297 mm paper or US Letter for 8.5 × 11 inch paper in the editor. The PDF download uses the selected size. If you use a browser print dialog, match that setting there too.
Keep the whole page inside the margins
Choose “Fit to printable area” if your printer cannot print to the edge. Use portrait for a tall page and landscape for a wide one. Turn off browser headers and footers so the date and URL do not appear on your worksheet.
Pick the file that suits the job
PDF is the easiest choice for consistent paper size and sharing with another adult. PNG is useful for a digital activity or an image document. SVG keeps the name as vector outlines and can be resized without softening the letters.
Give crayons some room
The simple decoration setting leaves more white space for younger children. Use normal copy paper for crayons and colored pencils; heavier paper may suit markers if your printer supports it. Try one page before printing a whole set.
